Large double room to rent out

Available mid / end January.
I am renting out my large double room. Bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers included. No tv point in the room, but there is broadband and a TV in the living room. Shared bathroom with shower over bath and also downstairs toilet.. There is off street parking for 2 cars, and also a good sized garden. My house is by the A1, so perfect for commuters to Harrogate, York or Leeds. I work in Harrogate myself and it only a 20 minute commute. I am looking for a nice friendly female to live with and even become friends with. I’m not into having parties or lots of people round the house as I like to keep it clean. I’m into cooking, so if you’re a foodie like me that would be great! I must mention, I have a small dog. So I’m looking for someone responsible and dog friendly.
