I have recently purchased a new house on the david Wilson development in wetherby. It is a large 4 bedroom detached house.
Furnished to a high standard, all amenities included: dish washer, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, all furniture, bedding.
All bills included.
Only two people living here.
Large spacious house.
I live here with my partner who is due to go away with work later this year.
Plenty of room.

Choice of two rooms.
Normal double-450
En-suite room- 500

Also room for parking. Good access to Leeds, harrogate, york and the a1.

Must be ok with cats, as I have cats. Also must be clean and tidy and I have a cleaner whowill come once a week.
No smokers.
