Room to let in large spacious house

Hi there,

I have a large en-suite room to rent in a 4 bed detached new build property in the Wetherby. My partner is in the military and often works away.

The room is fully furnished ( king size bed, large fitted waredrobes, drawers, desk/ dressing table, bathroom cabinets for storage). The house is finished to a high standard.
Washer dryer, microwave, cooking equipment available, coffee machine, air fryer.
WiFi and all bills included.
Weekly cleaner included.

Must be tidy and a working professional. Females preferred.

Only available Monday- Friday.

Please note I have cats and a young cockerpoo dog so must be ok with pets, thanks for reading.
