Hi I have a lovely self contained furnished garden room ,own private entrance, own full bathroom which includes separate shower & toilet, & own small garden.

The room is available 7 days per week to a professional needing a base while working away from home ( as not suitable as your sole residence ) .

Fully inclusive of all bills, ie gas, elec, water, council tax, wifi, Netflix

Off street parking, TV, wifi, fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, double bed, new bedding and pillows, use of washing machine and dryer. (There isnt a hob, oven or air fryer and the room can’t accommodate these due to ventilation outlets ) the only cooking facilities the room can accommodate are a slow cooker and microwave .

The room is in our detached bungalow in a quiet cul de sac and 10 mins walk to the town centre.
Within easy reach of leeds ( centre 14 miles) Harrogate 11 miles, York 15 miles, and easy access to A1(M), M1, A64 & M62. There are bus stops and a Co-Op and Aldi around the corner .

Wetherby is a vibrant market town with an abundance of amenities which include pubs, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, supermarkets, cinema, sports centre, gyms, golf course, tennis courts, racecourse, a bus station and lots of other shops.

It is just myself and husband that live in the rest of the property with grandchildren and family occasionally visiting.
The room is only for the use of the occupier and would suite someone that likes their own company .
No pets, smokers, couples.
The only sharing is the washer and dryer.
