Furnished double room available in shared house. Property is situated close to the M1, train station, bus routes and shops. The house has Washing Machine, Sky, Broadband included. I am a young 34yr old professional male. I work Mon-Fri standard office hrs, normally go to the gym after work and have a couple of nights out a week so I won't always be there in the evening. Looking for someone clean and tidy and happy to have the odd drink.
