Small single room in family home

I have a small single room to rent within my family home. Its ideally located on a quiet cul de sac and 10 mins from the m606/m62. I'm a 32 yr old professional mum of 2 girls aged 6 &9 so I realise sharing with a family is not to everyone's taste and equally so I would need to be sure it's someone I would feel comfortable around my children. With this in mind I would ideally prefer a professional female. The children do stay 2 nights a week with their dad so it's not always bedlam!
