I have a double fully furnished room available to rent from 5th January but Its in Bradford, BD6 in an area called wibsey. You would have the use of your own bathroom. The kitchen and living room would be communal. I own the house and live there so it would be me that your are sharing with. There is a car parking space should you need 1. It is about a 10 minute drive to Bradford town centre and a 20 minute drive to Leeds City Centre. Being clean and tidy is a massive plus as well.
