This is the smallest room in the house on the top floor. It has a king size bed, chest of drawers and shelves. There is a wardrobe too which can be kept in the room or just outside on the landing if you wish to create more space.

Freindly housemates including one cat.

Rent is £450pcm all bills included. If you stay less than 3 months rent is £550pcm.
