Hey, I'm currently looking for a tenant to replace my space in this lovely 4 bed house in Woodhouse, Leeds! The 3 other tenants are very friendly and open to anyone living with them. The house has spacious bedrooms with big windows looking into the garden & is super close to Leeds arts uni! (Hence why we went for this property in the first place). The house is listed as a flat because there is a second flat above the house but the only thing shared is the hallway to get to your flat. This allows for more sociability if you want that!
