Flatmate wanted

We are two second year Mental Health Nursing students at Leeds Beckett looking for a flatmate in a three bedroom flat. The flat is just off Moorland Road by Woodhouse Moor, and is spacious with a communal garden. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the University of Leeds and 22 minutes from Leeds Beckett.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and the rest of the flat is furnished. The rent is £112 per week including utilities.

We will be moving in on 1st September although the contract date starts 1st July 2020 and ends 30th June 2021.

We have no pets and the flat is non-smoking. The course is quite intensive so whilst we enjoy socialising, we don’t intend to be a party house. Jack’s main interests are watching Newcastle United, running and playing guitar.
Lauren’s main interests are going to the pub, going out for nice meals and cosy nights in watching films.
