It's a cute 4 bedroom house with double beds,
10 min walk away from Uni of Leeds
The house has a spacious and equipped kitchen, living room and one bathroom which has all been renovated in 2018.

I'm looking for a student to take over my contract which ends 30th August 2020 but the room is available for the next academic year if you wish to stay longer.

There are no agency fees and bills are included (gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband).
