My partner and I are leaving Leeds in September due to a shortage of work in our field what with the whole COVID situation. This will unfortunately mean that we will be giving up our lovely flat in Woodhouse Cliff. The flat is 2 double bed room both furnished with a desk (with draws), wardrobe, and additional cupboard space. There is also a medium sized living room with 2 sofas (one of them sits three), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet. PLEASE NOTE: Bathroom is set to be completely refurbed within the next couple of weeks.
The flat is perfect for both couples who would like an extra office space, as I have been using it for, although as both the rooms are the same size (fairly big!) it also would work perfectly for two friends who didn't want any disparity in room size.
The neighbours are all sound and very welcoming, and there is a shared communal garden that gets regular maintenance from the letting agent's contractors.
The flat is currently being letted by Landmark Properties. They are fairly prompt with maintenance requests and have an office situated opposite Hyde Park Pub. There is a convenience store, an off licence and several pubs just a stone throw from the flat. Also only 15/20 minute walk from town.
