The house which is currently under renovation is a 6 bed with 3 shower rooms (incl. 1 bath), its got a massive kitchen, a lounge with a 65” TV, U-shaped sofa, and patio doors to a garden/BBQ area (perf for outdoor parties), and a big utility room.
Rent is £117 a week incl. bills + monthly cleaner!!
Landlord is fantastic and housemates are the best! (4 girls, 1 boy 3rd + 2nd years)
The house will be similar to the pictures attached.
