Double Bed - Bills Included - Student/Professional

Looking for someone to share the tenancy of a two bedroomed house in the Woodhouse area of Leeds. There are some small shops nearby and it's about 30 minutes walk to the centre of Leeds. For students it's around 15 minutes walk to UoL and Leeds Arts. The house overlooks a park and is in a quiet area.

There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. While the kitchen is on the small side it has enough storage and all appliances work fine. The attic bedroom is occupied by myself and there is a double room available on the first floor, next to the bathroom. All the rooms are reasonably spacious making it perfect if you want to bring your own things with you. The house is furnished and includes bills such as gas, electric, water, internet, tv and contents insurance.

I work 9-5, 4 days a week in a restaurant around my studies. I'm a clean and respectful housemate and constantly keep everything tidy. Looking for a sociable housemate who I can get along with but understand everyone needs their own time. I enjoy going out for good food and drink, just generally getting out and about. I love the outdoors, just all round very adventurous.
