Unfortunately, I have to move out of this beautiful place directly opposite Woodhouse Moor Park and need someone to take over my tenancy from the 10th of March until the end of June. The BILLS ARE PAID TILL END of tenancy so you save almost 80£ per month!

The room is beautiful and bright, you can see the park directly in front of the window. It's furnished with everything you need (bed, desk, chair, side table, dresser, shelves, currently even a TV that you can use!) It's in a 3 bed ground-floor flat, that also has a wonderful and cosy living room!

There are currently two rooms available in this Flat so you can move in with a friend if you like! My current flatmate who stays in the property is a lovely guy who is in his 2nd year of "Film Making" at Leeds Beckett.
