Hey! We love the house we are in currently and sadly one of our housemates is moving out in summer, so the two of us remaining are hoping to find someone fun and social to live with us next academic year!
We’re in Woodhouse, only a 10 minute walk from uni and close to town too! It’s a much more relaxed area than Hyde park so ideal for postgrads (like us) and professionals.
The room in question is quite small, which is why it’s so cheap, other bonuses include a great landlord, fun housemates, and a cleaner who comes once a week included in the rent! Do let me know if you have any questions!
Also if you are working we all currently pay council tax so you wouldn’t be alone in that.
