Location near the Gryphon's Sports Centre, off Woodsley Road.
Modern, fully furnished terraced house in quiet area with 2 other flatmates who are 22 year old female medics.
House is clean and tidy, flatmates are social, multi-ethnic, friendly and polite but aren't always in due to demands of the course (medicine).
2 bathrooms and 1 shared shower/bath between the 3 of you.
Very friendly landlord and letting agent (SB Living).
Free on-street parking,
Plenty of storage within the house and outback shed for postman to leave packages.
Price is bills and broadband inclusive and covers TV license. You get a Smart TV w/ Freeview and NowTV pass, washer, fridge/freezer, garden space.
1-2 minute walk to pharmacy, post office and nice takeaways and Burley Road Tesco is only down the road.
Room includes: double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, I am happy to throw in the long mirror next to wardrobe for free if you want it.
