Looking for two to join my housemate and I

My housemate and I are looking for two people to join our 4 bed house in Woodhouse, since 2 of our current housemates are no longer able to re-sign with us. It’s £93.50 a week including bills from july 1st 2022 - 30th June 2023.

One bathroom, no ground floor or basement bedrooms, small outside space, kitchen and living room on ground floor, ideal location.

Currently one boy (film student) and one girl (jazz drummer), and we are open to anyone, preferably a student! We are quite a laid-back/quiet house, usually more into hanging out and chatting but still like a night out every once in a while. Despite having a drummer in the house, she is very considerate to others. There won’t be any early morning/ late night drumming and does her best to mute the drums when she does play. She also does her best to play when it’s convenient for everyone in the house. We are very accommodating (one of us being neurodivergent) so we are also looking for thoughtful and considerate housemates.
