Large ensuite room in flat, bills included!

Room available for tenancy take over starting 30th June. Room is a good size and is en-suite. Due to unforeseen circumstances I am unable to move in. Lovely flatmate who works somedays from home and she has an adorable Pomeranian puppy called Bobby! The landlady is very nice and the flat has been recently decorated to a really high standard. There is a small outside space as well, that will be lovely in the summer. Free parking outside the flat and there is also a driveway. All bills included except council tax. This is such a lovely flat and I'm gutted I can't move in myself
