Cosy musical house share in Woodhouse

I'm looking for a housemate to spend a cosy winter together in a 2 bed home in Woodhouse close to Woodhouse Ridge.
It's a little house with a (almost) double bed bed room available from mid December. The living room is really bright and sunny and the kitchen is great for cooking .
I'm Elaine I'm 31 and I work in environmental education and I play folky music so the house is often full of music and friends . I'm veggie and love cooking.
I'm looking for a new housemate to share a home with to chat in the kitchen and have a kind, easy going, friendly, clean and tidy house to share together.
I'm looking for someone who wants to cook or eat meals together a few times a week and maybe a glass of wine but also give each other space and quiet when we need it .

The house has a little sunny front garden with a bbq, somewhere to sit, a fire bowl and raised beds, someone who loves gardening is really welcome.
It would be a really good place for a masters/PhD student it's very close to the uni.
It's not bills included so council tax (band a) is £53 a month each and then internet (£10 a month), last winter the heating/electricity was about £60 a month each.
