Cosy musical house share in Woodhouse

I'm looking for a housemate to live together in a 2 bed home in Woodhouse close to Woodhouse Ridge.
It's a little house with a (almost) double bed bed room available now.
I'm Elaine I'm 33 and I work in education and I play folky music so the house is often full of music and friends . I'm veggie and love cooking. I'm an environmental person and the garden is currently full of fruit.
I'm looking for a new housemate to share a home with. To chat in the kitchen and have a kind, easy going, friendly, clean and tidy house to share together.
I'm looking for someone who wants to cook or eat meals together a few times a week and maybe a glass of wine but also give each other space and quiet when we need it.

The house has a little sunny front garden with a bbq, somewhere to sit, a fire bowl and raised beds, someone who loves gardening is really welcome.
It would be a really good place for a masters/PhD student it's very close to the uni.
It's not bills included so council tax (band a) is £63 a month each and then internet (£14 a month), the summer gas and electricity is about £30 a month each .
