4 Rooms left, cinema room, showers, all bills inc

I have just signed a room myself for this unreal house. It's in Woodhouse on a quiet street. It has six big bedrooms, three big walk-in shower bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a utility room, a study room/office, a cinema room, and WINE COOLERS. (ALL BILLS INCLUDING COUNCIL TAX)

The whole house has ridiculous amounts of storage it's crazy, and the rooms are a great size, including the bathrooms.
I am looking for like-minded people to put a mixed house together for a good house dynamic. Before the letting agency allows some randoms in as I’ve had bad experiences with untidy housemates previously, and in a house of this calibre, you want to enjoy it.

So far, one lad has signed up for the room next to mine on the 1st floor and two others girls are awaiting viewing the house

I enjoy the gym, surfing, hiking, and road trips. I am always up for a few beers, pub quizzes, and chilled nights in or anything involving dogs ha.
