I am unexpectedly transferring from Leeds Conservatoire, so I am looking for someone to take my room. The other 5 tenants are amazing to live with and are happy for any student to join the group!
Tenancy: 1st Aug 2024 – 30 Jun 2025. £132 pw INCLUDING UTILITIES!
Easy commute to Leeds schools e. g. Leeds Uni, Leeds Becket, Leeds Conservatoire and more as well as local parks and pubs. In the Woodhouse/Hyde Park area and near the city centre! This property contains 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen which is being renovated this summer 🙂
It’s in a nice area with parking outside the property along the road.
