The house is on Delph lane, just a couple of minutes from Hyde Park/Headingley within a quiet area of Woodhouse with plenty of parking.
This will be a tenancy takeover, so your contract would be with Beyond Lettings. Not myself.
Type of person:
This is a good house with really good housemates. I’m not letting just anyone take the room which would upset the house dynamic. So I’m on the lookout for a like-minded person who can fit in with the vibe we’ve got here. Clean, respectful, and social.
The housemates:
They’re a solid bunch of lads, all working professionals.

I know living with 5 others can sound daunting but tbf this house works really well and nobody is 'on top of each other'. I met them all through SpareRoom. They work during the day and are usually out until about 5 pm.
Neighbours:
Neighbors are spot on a group of young 3rd year girls next door and mixed house on the other side again all spot on.
