I am leaving my cozy and beautiful flat with two windows facing Woodhouse Moor.

The location is great for anyone at the Uni or working in the city centre, right next to the Uni of Leeds Business School/Law School. It's a quiet and safe corner of the neighborhood.

The living room is big enough to host guests, and the bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space, and the shower has good water pressure.

The landlord's maintenance staff is responsive and will fix issues super promptly.

I can vouch for how comfortable and lovely this flat is :) the neighbours are very polite and respectful as well!
