Beautiful cozy room with pretty window view

Hello. I’m looking for a replacement tenant for this beautiful cozy double room in a house near Hyde Park. The house is separated into two flats, this room is in one of the flat with three people living in. So you only share the common area with two flatmates.

Address: Delph Lane, Woodhouse, LS6.
Lease term: 11/Feb/25-30/June/25 (renew contract to extend the lease)

This is a nice, spacious double room with large window in front of the desk facing the green and peaceful street view, and ensuring plenty of sunshine. The double bed is super comfortable, the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on!! Lock good sleeping quality!!! The room has plenty of storage and a vintage fireplace.

Shared space: share a big living room with a TV and a kitchen with other two flatmates. (They are all very friendly guys). Kitchen has everything you need: fridge, microwave, oven, air fryer, cutlery, pan……as I’m moving out so you can have all my stuff!
