A homely property located near university with multiple travel links into the city centre. The property is near several local amenities and gym.

The house has a comfy shared living room and the property benefits from sizeable storage.

All bills are split three ways making them much cheaper. Currently we pay £100 on top of rent however this is subject to inflation (including council tax)

Council tax band is A, meaning the cheapest band there is. Currently house mates pay £50 each.

Abit of info about us, we are two male tenants who both work, very relaxed. we enjoy being socialable but also respect each others space.
