Looking for non smoking post grad students to fill a 6 bedroom house available from 1st July. Happy to take students from 1st July for 12 months or just the summer or students from some time in September to the end of June2026. The house is nice and spacious, less than a mile walk to Leeds University, a few minutes from Hyde Park Corner and close to shops, pubs and cafes (the nearest supermarket is a Morrisons Daily only about 50m away).
The 6 bedrooms are all double sized and furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, desk and chair, mirror and a pinboard on the wall. The house is fully double glazed, centrally heated and has super fast broadband. There is a large comfortable lounge with leather settees and big 49 inch samsung smart tv. There are two bathrooms (both with electric showers, WC and wash hand basin) and a third WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine and tumble drier. The house has an annually serviced fire alarm system and is licensed by Leeds City Council. All bills are included (no caps)- gas, electric, water, TV licence and gigabyte internet and the house is managed by a private live out Landlord with no additional fees or costs.
