We’re moving out of our cozy and beautiful flat with two large windows overlooking Woodhouse Moor.

The location is perfect for anyone studying at the University of Leeds or working in the city centre, as it’s right next to the Business School and Law School. It’s a quiet and safe part of the neighborhood.

The living room is spacious enough to comfortably host guests, the bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe, the kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, and the shower has great water pressure. The landlord's maintenance team is very responsive and quick to fix any issues.

I can genuinely say this flat has been a lovely place to live, the neighbors are polite and respectful, making the experience even better.

We’re leaving in October 2025, so we’re looking for someone to take over the contract, which runs until 30th June 2026.
