Hi I'm currently a 25 year old tenant looking for other potential tenants for a house share in woodhouse.
It's really nice and great for the price. Good sized rooms. 4 are available and there are two bathrooms - the double bed is in the basement. New beds, carpets and lights recently.
Good Wi-Fi speed - like 500mbs download and included in rent just not the utility bills, so we can split that between us.
I study Creative Writing at Leeds Beckett going into my 3rd year.
Would be nice to have like-minded people who are similar to my age and I'm not fussed about gender or anything like that.
As long as everyone is respectful to one another and easy going that's all that matters :)
