Hi were a group of 4 students from different universities in Leeds. We're looking for new tenant at student House in providence avenue, Woodhouse from July 2026-june 2027. 1 room available. 5 person house with 2 bathrooms.

-15- 20 minutes walk to uni of and Leeds arts university 
- 30 minutes walk to the centre
-2 fridge freezers and another freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob and sink, free WiFi 
- dining table
- free parking outside
- small outdoor area in front of house

- 3 girls 1 guy currently all second years
