I've recently moved into a lovely 3-bedroom house in Woodhouse and am looking for someone to share it with me and my friendly dog.

The house has a beautiful garden and is in a lovely location, close to both the University of Leeds and the city centre. There are plenty of local favourites nearby, including Meanwood's bars and restaurants, Hyde Park Book Club, Love Yoga, the Ridge, the farm, etc!

I'm happy to consider both short-term and longer-term lets, and the room would suit a professional or postgraduate student - if you're here for the longer term then it'd be great if you're looking for a genuine home rather than just a place to stay.

There's currently off-street parking available, and the house also has a third bedroom which could be set up as a home office or study space.

As I've only recently moved in, I'll be gradually updating some of the décor and furniture over the coming months, so there's flexibility to chat about what you'd like or need in the room.

I'm hoping to find someone friendly, tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. If you're looking for a relaxed, welcoming home and a housemate you can get on with but are respectful of each other's spaces, get in touch!
