Double room for rent

I have rented out the largest double but still have another double room available.
I like to think my home is welcoming, relaxed and clean. I have a cat and work as a full time artist , sometimes from home in the cellar and sometimes in my studio or Manchester.
There will be me and one other professional full time employed male lodger.. and my cat, Alfred.
The house is well located for commuting, the train station is just round the corner and motorways are also not far. The canal and all Woodlesford's amenities a short walk away too.
