Large loft bedroom available either furnished or unfurnished. Brand new double bed with comfortable mattress. There is plenty of space to add a desk to work from home and also plenty of storage space.

I currently live alone and I’m looking for 1 person to join the house. I will sublet the room which makes it all inclusive of rent and bills with fast Fibre wifi available all round.

The house is on a quiet street and the garden gets the sun all day (when it’s out). I have made the garden very private with nice furniture.

I don’t like to party, although I go out for food or a few drinks every now and again. I keep the house tidy and clean and would expect someone to do the same. All the furniture in the house is my own, so I would like someone who can respect that and respect each others space too.

I’m ok with friends round and quite a laid back person to live with. Any questions please ask.
