Preferably Single occupancy only. No overnight guests or visitors permitted.
Due to religious beliefs, we would prefer you did not cook pork products or use the kitchenware when handling pork.

Available from 2nd January 2026.
Rent to be paid in full at the start of each month (start of move in date) and additional deposit to secure room prior to occupying.
Please respect the house rules, keeping the room and communal areas in a clean, acceptable condition.

Would prefer a working professional but mature students may be considered.
