Single occupancy only. No overnight guests or visitors permitted.
Due to religious beliefs, we would prefer you did not cook pork products or use the kitchenware when handling pork.

Available from 10th November for 4-5 weeks
Rent is per week. Rent to be paid for the duration in advance e. g 4 weeks rent paid at the start of tenancy.
Please respect the house rules, keeping the room and communal areas in a clean, acceptable condition.

Would prefer a working professional but mature students may be considered.
