Rent is per week. Rent to be paid at the start of the week or can pay 4 weeks in advance if preferred. .
Please respect the house rules, keeping the room and communal areas in a clean, acceptable condition.

Would prefer a working professional but mature students may be considered. Will only consider tenants who DO NOT work remotely majority of the time.
