House situated on quiet street in Wortley with off street and on street parking.
also number 42 and 4 bus service are both 2 minute walk away (10 minutes into leeds centre). Supermarket and pubs less than 3 minute walk away.
Rooms will be redecorated and the house has just had new stair carpets and blinds put in.
There are two rooms to let as below price includes all bills and broadband

Room 2: this room is a smaller room but does have a double bed in it can be changed to single on request, the room does have TV Ariel access so that you can have TV in your room. This room available end April

Price can be negotiated for longer term or up front payments on both rooms.

Please note rooms are furnished but if you have your own i can remove and leave unfurnished or partially furnished.
