The double room is in a clean and tidy 3-bed semi-detached house which has been decorated and furnished to a high modern standard. The house has been occupied by a couple (and visitors for a couple of occasions). The shower room is upstairs and shared. The whole house was modernised 1-2 year ago and protected by CCTV cameras.

The house is located nearby Leeds central area, with 10 mins driving to the city centre. There are also great transport links to the centre areas, and only a 5-10 min walking distance to convenient stores, ASDA or public parks.

All Bills are included. Off-street parking is provided. Due to the nature of open-plan kitchen, light cooking is allowed inside the house only.

Short stays are considered. Minimum stay is 3 nights and charged £35 per night. £185 per week (7 days/6 nights). Bedding (bed sheets, duvets, pillows, cushions) can be offered for short stays.
