I live in a quiet area of Wyke which is very close to the motorway links and within easy reach to Halifax, Leeds etc.
I have 2 cats.
I am a friendly outgoing person who likes to keep my house clean and tidy. I am also very trustworthy and would like all of these factors in a person who maybe interested in living with me.
Due to have problems with other tenants previously I need to mention that I expect the rent on time and preferably paid via direct debit.
Due to previous issues I want a months rent upfront.
A person who is respectful of my house and help in keeping my house clean and tidy.
