I am a live out landlord and have 1 room which is now available in a shared house in Yeadon, Leeds, LS19.

This is a nice house in a very nice and quiet part of Yeadon with access to Leeds Bradford Airport and Leeds City Centre by bus or train. There is also access to the local woodland on the doorstep, for those who enjoy walking and the countryside. Parking is available on-street.

The property has recenlty been renovated and features a shared brand new kitchen with - Dining table, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and everything needed to cook & eat.

Shared living room with sofa.

Shared bathroom with bath, shower, sink & WC. Each room is newly decorated and can be furnished or unfurnished. Front and rear garden (with a secure shed for bikes) new patio furniture set & gas BBQ. Fast broadband is included, TV's are available if required. Regular cleaner & gardener is included to ensure that the property is kept nice :-).

There is no minimum term, each tenant will be considered on an individual basis.
