We have a 2 double bedroom semi detached house to rent on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Min 6 months then rolling monthly. The rent includes ALL bills (except C Tax). It would be great if the tenants know each other. You both would have exclusive use of the house. The house is directly opposite Leeds Bradford airport and is newly decorated, fully furnished, has a new kitchen, new carpets, new boiler, new windows and new bathroom. All white goods included. There is a garden to front and back, garage and parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Current tenants have been there for 18 months and have loved the property.
We are wanting to let the rooms/house to professional adults. We live within 5 miles of the house so are on hand if needed. There is easy access into Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate and surrounding areas by a direct bus service 20 metres along the road.
