Three moths max

I’m a live in landlord with two friendly dogs, my home is located near Leeds & Bradford Airport, bus links to Leeds Bradford Harrogate, car parking on the street out side my home, no garage.
Supermarket and local shops a short walk away, decent gym about three miles away.
The spare room is fully furnished just been decorated new carpet etc
Use of kitchen share the bathroom and lounge
Kitchen has gas cooker, washer dryer, dishwasher, burglar alarm with a decent garden.
My home is well presented I take great pride keeping it clean and tidy, I need someone that will respect this and take care of my environment and belongings.
I’m not near any university, no couples no smoking inside or outside the house.
My life style is quite, I’m trustworthy reliable easy going I don’t judge others and believe in equality to all.
