A happy, friendly & vibrant household, sharing with owner. Must be a working professional in full-time employment (not homeworker) who is tidy and respectful with a good sense of humour.

The kitchen/breakfast room & both living rooms are shared. There is a downstairs utility with washing machine. Use of tumble drier is not included.

A pretty rear garden with a pond and summer house is lovely to relax in.

I have two very friendly large dogs (Lurchers), and a couple of chickens, so a love of animals is essential please.

Absolutely no smokers or vapers.
