The house is situated in Alderbury a village three miles south of Salisbury centre with easy access to A36.
The house is a large luxurious detached property with on street parking. You would be sharing with the owners and other tenants. We have dogs and a cat so this wouldn't suit someone who doesn't like animals. Please be aware that this is a strictly non smoking house, other than that we are a relaxed and friendly household.
The available room is a small double. and only suitable for single occupancy, though the occasional guest is fine! The room has a double bed, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is available from 1st February subject to reference checks. The bathroom is shared with three others and there is a downstairs cloakroom.
Communal areas are shared sitting room / diner, large kitchen with your own cupboard, fridge and freezer space. There is also a utility room with washer and drier. We have a garden and outdoor patio area for the summer months and we can provide storage for bicycles.
The rent includes bills and broadband.
There is ample on street unrestricted parking. Salisbury city centre is a 5-20 min drive (depending upon time of day) and there is a park and ride available near the large Tesco superstore just over a mile away.
