Double room available for single occupancy in a quiet countryside location just a 10-minute drive away from Salisbury city centre.

This light, spacious and comfortable flat is on the first floor of a converted coach house half a mile from Alderbury village. It is tucked away in the countryside, and would suit someone who is looking for a peaceful home in a rural location whilst being within easy reach of Salisbury.

The available room is generously sized (5.70 x 2.26 m) and will easily accommodate a double bed and additional furniture. The room is unfurnished.

The property has been recently decorated throughout and has had new blinds fitted. There is off-road parking. Due to the flat’s rural location, the available room would be best suited to someone who has a car. The flat is next door to our lovely landlords, who are very friendly and helpful. There is a boot room with plenty of storage for shoes, coats and muddy boots.

I am a young professional working in the ecology sector who works from home most of the time, so ideally you will be out at work during the daytime. I am looking for someone who is friendly, easy going and clean and tidy. I love arts and crafts, anything outdoorsy (hiking, paddle boarding, climbing etc.), travelling, wildlife and nature. I’m happy doing my own thing but also happy cooking together, having a catch up or going for a drink once in a while.

The rent is £425.00 pcm excluding bills (water, electricity, council tax and WiFi) and a deposit of £490.40 is required. The room is available from 21st September 2020, subject to references.
