Delightful one bedroom garden annexe available with en-suite bathroom and pleasant west facing kitchen and living space (including a sofa bed should you wish to occasionally invite friends to stay). Rural location approximately 3 miles south of Salisbury.
Would suit a professional person who enjoys the countryside but requires easy access to Salisbury, Southampton, and Porton Down.
Must be happy with dogs as part of the garden is shared with me and my small dog who live in the main part of the farmhouse.
Would possibly consider a couple with some small rent adjustment.

I’m an active woman in my 60’s involved in running the farm and equestrian business here. I enjoy walking, riding and socialising with family and friends.
