Double bedroom fully furnished available from 1st January. Just a short walk (5 minutes) from Solstice Park and a short bus/car ride into Salisbury (10-15 minutes). 2 minutes away from the A303 and only 20 minutes away from Andover by car.
Includes sliding wardrobe, side drawer, television, seating area with coffee table, and storage for under the bed. Also included is use of private bathroom next to bedroom and use of kitchen (with dishwasher/washing machine) and lounge. Use of garden can be used with prior permission. Parking space included on a private road.
I am looking for someone that will look after the property and respect the condition it is in as have worked very hard on it. They must be clean and tidy and take care of the property. The lodger would be expected to provide a reference from where they have previously rented and a reference from their employment. This would need to be backed up by evidence. The lodger can choose to stay as long as they wish to rent the room but please note you would be on a probationary period of 2 months to determine if things are working out between landlord and lodger. You will be asked to sign a contents list at the beginning of your stay and a lodger's agreement.
