Double bed room live in landlord

Double bed room with shared bathroom kitchen and living space. We are a gay couple. We have a cat. We are looking for £550 pcm with one month deposit. Bills included . We have central heating EE Wi-Fi and tv there is a smart tv in the room no aerial but good for Netflix. I am British and my partner is Romanian. You will have use of washing machine dishwasher. It will be on a two month trial to start with then a rolling month by month. we would rather a man but not set in stone
