Double size room, currently with a single bed with a pull out bed underneath, in a clean, tidy semi-detached two bedroom house. Shared bathroom with additional downstairs toilet. Parking space at front of property. Looking for an easy going, respectful house mate, preferably full time working (ideally not working from home). Will be sharing with female owner who is away quite a lot. Located in Central Amesbury only a 2 minute walk from shops, amenities and buses. Rent is £600 per month incl bills but plus half the council tax.
