Bedroom with sole use of family bathroom

Furnished double bedroom in 3 bed house. Access to communal areas and sole use of the main bathroom. There is on street parking right outside the property.
I am a live in landlord and therefore selective about who I rent to. I will only reply to those I feel would be suitable. I would prefer a lodger who is sociable and doesn't isolate themselves in their room. I'm a friendly, bubbly person who works from home 90% of the time.
