Double room Amesbury

I have a double room in my house in Amesbury that will be available from early March (possibly sooner if required)

The room has a double sofa bed, a chest of drawers, a desk and a TV (freeview).

There is access to a large understairs storage area directly outside the room for your use.

The house itself is located on a quiet private (unadopted) road in the centre of town and is close to the shops. Despite this there is easy access to countryside walks in an area which forms part of an area of conservation.

The house is very animal friendly and I would consider pets.

On the ground floor there is a large 'boho' style lounge, large dining room and kitchen.

On the first floor there is a very large bathroom with a free standing victorian style bath.

There is a small south facing garden with it's own decking and seating.

The washing machine is located in the outhouse.

There is limited off road parking directly in front of the house.

I am semi retired and keep busy working on people's gardens.

I recently converted a Mercedes horsebox to a campervan which I lived in last summer whilst working on a campsite.

I intend to do the same this year in the New Forest.

There are two other lodgers in the house.

My intention is to redecorate the room before I move to the campsite but if the room is needed sooner it is clean and tidy and ready to move in to now.

I am able to live elsewhere to facilitate that.
