I have a single room available in a shared house available from 1st May 2019. You would be asked to sign a 6 month AST agreement and rent is payable monthly in advance. Sorry no short term let’s and no weekly payments.
The room has a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is situated in the centre of Amesbury, a short walk from all local amenities. The house has all the usual facilities and a small courtyard garden.

Rental includes all bills and internet access, a non refundable admin fee of £150 is also required. There is no deposit.

This would suit a professional male who is a non smoker. There is unrestricted on street parking nearby.
